Villa Sundance is an executive pool home with two large suites and a separate bedroom tucked into the quiet Sundance neighborhood of Palm Desert.  Within a five minute drive is Marriott’s Shadow Ridge Golf Club, The Desert Willow Golf Resort, Desert Falls Country Club, and the Rancho Mirage Country Club.

If you’re willing to drive a bit longer, you’re within a half hour of every one of the 100 or so golf resorts the Coachella Valley has to offer, as well as the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Golf not your thing?  Then enjoy the sunshine and the sparkling private pool with elevated spa right off the great room, read a book in the sitting room, or take a 10 minute drive to the El Paseo shopping district, and enjoy all it has to offer.
